Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pinelaki. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our touch-up paint products.
All Pinelaki Products Are Custom-Mixed
Every paint, varnish, and spray we sell is mixed to order based on the factory paint code of your vehicle. Each order is unique to the customer: the colour, the gloss level, and the formula are chosen specifically for your car. Because these are personalised, made-to-specification products, they cannot be resold to another customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
For the reason explained above, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product. This applies to all paints, clear coats, varnishes, and sprays, whether the bottle is unopened or used. Once we have mixed your paint and shipped it, the order is final.
This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
Defective Products
If a product arrives defective (leaking bottle, wrong colour mixed by us, formula problem), this is handled separately through our 6-year paint warranty, not the return policy. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page or info@pinelaki.com (+357 99228438) with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the defective product at no cost.
Before You Order
To make sure you get exactly what you need:
- Double-check your factory paint code (usually on a sticker inside the driver-side door jamb or under the bonnet) before placing your order.
- If you are unsure about the colour code or which product to choose, contact us before ordering. Our team is happy to guide you.
- Consider a small touch-up bottle first if you are unsure about colour match. This minimises the risk on larger orders.
