Working hours don't fit your schedule? We come to you after-hours. Pinelaki offers car pickup and delivery for body work outside our regular workshop hours — late evenings on weekdays, Saturday afternoons, and all day Sunday until evening — by appointment only. Useful for anyone who can't take time off during the working day, particularly elderly drivers, people with health restrictions, busy professionals, and parents juggling school runs.

When can you pick up or deliver my car?

Strictly outside our regular shop hours, by appointment:

Weekday late evenings — early evening once the shop closes, until late evening
Saturday afternoon — from afternoon until early evening
Sunday — available all day until evening

Slots are limited and fill up fast. Book at least 2-3 days ahead when possible. We confirm the exact time when you contact us.

How does the pickup process actually work?

Three steps:

Send us the damage details first. Use the AI Damage Estimator (upload photos and the form sends the report straight to us), or message us with photos on WhatsApp or Viber. This gives us enough to plan the work and your time.
We send you an estimation. Same channel you contacted us on — WhatsApp or Viber, or via email if you used the AI estimator. You get a usable price before any logistics commitment.
We agree the pickup window. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the pickup time, your address, and the return-delivery slot when the work is done.

Is there an extra charge for pickup and delivery?

No surprise charges. We confirm any logistics fee in writing as part of your estimate before the booking is locked in. For most Nicosia-district pickups paired with a meaningful repair job, transport is included. Outside Nicosia or for very small jobs, there may be a coordination fee — we tell you before you commit.

What kind of repair work fits the after-hours pickup model?

Anything in our standard service list — from a single panel touch-up through to full collision repair, custom paint, and insurance work. The pickup service is independent of the job size; we handle the logistics, you decide the work.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

Someone needs to hand over the car keys, but it doesn't have to be the registered owner — a family member or trusted contact works as long as they're authorised. We'll confirm exactly who's expected when scheduling.

How long until I get my car back?

Depends on the job. Same-day delivery is possible for minor work if the pickup happens early. Most jobs are 2-5 working days. We confirm a return window when you book.

Is the car insured during transport?

Yes — we are fully insured for vehicles in our care, including transport.

Can I get an estimate before I book the pickup?

What if I need help with the AI estimator form?

Just message us directly with photos. We do the estimate either way — the AI estimator is a convenience, not a requirement.

Do you offer this for full-week jobs only?

No — the pickup service is for any repair size, including small jobs. The only requirement is that you book ahead and have an estimate before scheduling.
